These terms are between you and National Auto Sport Association, Inc. (NASA), 7065 W. Ann Rd. #130-432, Las Vegas, NV 89130. They cover the drivenasa.live site. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

drivenasa.live publishes NASA event information: schedules, entry lists, live timing, results, standings, and driver records. It is a reference, not the official record. The site takes no payments.

Use the site to view that information. Do not copy the site in bulk or pull data from it with automated tools. Do not try to get into the parts that need a sign-in. Do not interfere with the site or with other users. NASA may block access for breaking these terms.

The Privacy Policy says what we collect.

Results, entry lists, standings, and records come from NASA's timing at the track and its official results. Live timing can be delayed, incomplete, or corrected after a session. Driver records and statistics are compiled from published results. If the site and NASA's official results differ, the official results are the ones that count. NASA may correct anything on the site at any time.

Results, records, and timing data belong to NASA. So do the site design, its software, and the NASA name and marks. You may view results and records and print them for personal use. Any other use needs written permission from NASA.

Sign-in is by invitation and is for NASA officials, timing crews, and administrators. If you have an account, keep your Google account secure. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in. The site records what you do while signed in, and NASA may review it. Tell us at support@drivenasa.com if you think someone else has used your sign-in.

The site is provided as is. NASA does not promise that the site will always be available or that every result shown is correct. As far as the law allows, NASA is not responsible for any loss you suffer from using the site or from acting on results shown here. This applies to the site, not to NASA events.

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and the United States. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the courts of Clark County, Nevada. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and NASA about the site.
