drivenasa.live publishes NASA event information: schedules, entry lists, live timing, results, standings, and driver records. Anyone can view it. No account is needed. The site takes no payments.

Results, entry lists, and records show driver names, car numbers, classes, teams, and hometowns. Driver pages may also show a photo, a bio, and sponsors. All of it comes from NASA registration and from timing at the track. Corrections go through NASA.

Weather and radar come from the National Weather Service and NOAA, news from the NASA Speed News website. Our servers fetch them, so your browser talks only to drivenasa.live, to Cloudflare, and to Google when you sign in.

The site uses no advertising trackers.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and page views. It sets no cookies. Each day we take Cloudflare's counts by page, country, device type, browser, operating system, and referring site, and keep them. Our servers also count page views and which links get clicked. None of these counts identifies you.

Our servers keep standard access logs: the pages you open, the page that sent you, the time, your browser, and your IP address. We use them to keep the site running and to fix problems.

The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may set its own cookies to block attacks.

The radar map can show your position, but only after you press the button and allow it. Your position stays in your browser and is never sent to us.

The settings panel sets two cookies. rp_clock holds your clock choice: venue time, or your device's time zone. rp_unit holds F or C for temperatures. They hold nothing else and last up to 400 days.

The site also remembers a few things inside your browser: a copy of those two settings, the classes you follow on the schedule and in the standings, how you view live timing, the radar's opacity, and whether you dismissed the install prompt. It also caches pages so the site opens offline. None of this leaves your browser.

If you send a message through the interest form, we store your name, your email address, and your message. To limit abuse we also store a scrambled version of your IP address and browser type that we cannot read back. The message is emailed to the person who runs the site.

Sign-in is for NASA officials, timing crews, and administrators. Accounts are by invitation only, and only for adults.

Sign-in uses Google. Google sends us your name, your email address, your profile picture, and an account identifier. We use them to recognize your account and keep it secure. We do not receive your Google password and store no passwords of our own.

When you sign in, the site sets cookies that start with race-pulse. The session lasts up to eight hours, and its record holds your IP address and browser details for that time. Accepting an invitation sets one more cookie for ten minutes.

The site also records each sign-in, with the time, your account, your browser type, the first part of your IP address, and a scrambled version of it that we cannot read back, so NASA can check who signed in and who changed results. If you try to sign in without an invitation, we record the attempt and the email address you used.

If you publish or change results, the site records that against your account, along with any action it refused, and keeps the record as long as it keeps those results.

We do not sell, rent, or lease personal information. We share it only with:

• NASA staff and officials who need it to run events.
• The companies that host the site, deliver its traffic (Cloudflare), send its email (Resend), and store its encrypted backups.
• Authorities when the law requires it.

We keep this information on servers in the United States, run for NASA.

Results, entry lists, and records are permanent. Visit counts are kept, and identify no one. Sign-in details are kept while the account exists. Sign-in records and messages you send us are kept as written. Access logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted.

You can sign out at any time. You can remove drivenasa.live from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/linkedapps.

You can ask us to close a sign-in account. It stops working. Published results and the record of official actions stay. You can also ask to see the information we hold about you, and to correct it. For any of this, email privacy@drivenasa.com. We reply within 45 days.

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new date.
